In combination with state-of-the-art engineering the CT-COMPACT represents the next
member of ProCon X-Ray´s CT product-line ProConX-Ray GmbH in Garbsen near Hannover
proudly presents the CT-COMPACT development.
Bench-Top Following the successful marketing of the CT-MINI, the next family member,
consequently fits on a bench too. The Architecture and Construction of the System is governed by highest geometric performance and cost-savings.
The first experience for a customer will be the short and easy installation. The
bench-top solution needs a footprint of about 150 cm by 65 cm. The integrated PC-blades
perform the fastest 2k by 2k reconstruction. Target Applications The high-power
tube and the 2k x 2k flat panel detector with high gray level dynamic, determine
the wide area of applications. Non-destructive Testing Plastic Parts up to 150 mm
Diameter and 200 mm hight as well as Aluminium Alloys, Steel, Titanium, Elastomere,
Ceramics, 2k, New Materials, and of course Semiconductor Components can now be analysed
in 3D mode fast and easy.
Metrology CAD comparison as well as rapid prototyping are performed with highest
geometric accuracy. Easy to use software performs by CLICK&MEASURE automated
best fit functions in some seconds Reconstruction Software The software package
comes from our cooperation partner Fraunhofer X-Ray Development Center in Saarbrücken/Fürth.

The software is capable to start reconstructing already after the first image and
finishes together with the last one. “This saves the majority of the time working
at the system” he carries on. The solid mechanical design is supported by software
through automatic alignment routines the operator can start at any time. Cost of
operation The budget-saving investment is the basement for low running costs in
the coming years. A single phase power plug is the only connection for energy the
CT-COMPACT is asking for. The sealed X-Ray tube is maintenance-free and so is the
manual sliding door as well as all axes. X-RAY Since we understand the x-ray technology
of our CT Systems well, we are able to perform excellent raw images for the following
software calculations of reconstruction and visualisation. Only highest RAW IMAGE
